anajiram's Journal It's gonna kick off on Monday and last for 6 days. It will make me feel better and hopefully lose some weight and proceed onto the next stage of my diet. MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY THURSDAY FRIDAY SATURDAY It will include no cheating, power walking, aerobics, arms toning and vedpledge(trying to go vegan for 6 days*) And not only talking about it, but actually doing it. Go me! I reckon am gonna go through pure hell on day 4. Cuz that's what I always do....eventually I give in. But will try not to this time. Go me! J O I N T H E B A N D W A G O N ! *nothing to do with weightloss mind you have been a vegetarian for a long time and was always kind of thinking i might go full monty one day DAY 2-SERIES 2 BREAKFAST 2 apples grapes no coffee SNACK 2 small apples LUNCH 2 cups of string beans-no fat added in cooking 2 rye rolls SNACK salad-w/o dressing DINNER ? EXERCISE 10' workout before breakfast brisk walk to work and back no running today J.'s birthday party green tea and 3l of water DAY 1--SERIES 2 BREAKFAST banana no coffee-mint tea instead SNACK grapes LUNCH 2 cups veggie soup(no fat added in cooking) soy chunks/mushrooms--boiled SNACK 1 carot 1/2 red pepper DINNER 2 cups of yogurt EXERCISE brisk walk-1h Feeling a bit hungry....my lunch was around 11am ......but stuck in the office. Am planning to go running after work but not sure. Plus in the morning I started a 10min workout rotuine. 3l of water 2 cups of green tea fruit day : banana apples grapes no coffee 3l of water DAY 3 This morning I woke up in cold sweat feeling really ill. I stayed in bed till 3pm......focusing on not to throw up. Thus, I didn't actually stick to my meal plan. Everything was fine apart from the toas I had to eat to prevent me from puking....... I'm not saying I'm not pleased and that toast is bad...just saying I wasn't on my plan. So.. BREAKFAST 2 apples (no coffee) SNACK 7 thin slices of toast(half white bread) grapes LUNCH boiled corn, 1 ear(no salt) oat flakes(boiled) 1/2 cup SNACK grapes grain bar All in I reckon a bit more than 1200kcal. However, no physical activity...since I feel very weak. So far only 1 l of water....but am working on it. Tomorrow is fruit day and then on Tuesday I begin the 2nd series of my 4 day diet. BREAKFAST 7:30am banana black coffee LUNCH 12:30pm green peas(boiled) 2 carrots DINNER salad (pepper-tomato salad w/ boiled peas1/2cup) EXERCISE brisk walk to work and back--1h hopefully running after work BREAKFAST 7am banana coffee w/ milk (am allowed milk&dairy today) LUNCH 12pm low fat cheese tomato-peper salad, no salt/dressing added SNACK 3pm carrots DINNER 5pm yogurt salad(1 pepper) EXERCISE brisk walk to work and back brisk walk in the evning walking/running 1000 m 3l of water 2 cups of green tea |
