    <title>My Personal 6 Challenge</title>

    <content type="html">It's gonna kick off on Monday and last for 6 days.&lt;br /&gt;It will make me feel better and hopefully lose some weight and proceed onto the next stage of my diet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MONDAY&lt;br /&gt;TUESDAY&lt;br /&gt;WEDNESDAY&lt;br /&gt;THURSDAY&lt;br /&gt;FRIDAY&lt;br /&gt;SATURDAY&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It will include no cheating, power walking, aerobics, arms toning and vedpledge(trying to go vegan for 6 days*)&lt;br /&gt;And not only talking about it, but actually doing it.&lt;br /&gt;Go me!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I reckon am gonna go through pure hell on day 4.&lt;br /&gt;Cuz that's what I always do....eventually I give in.&lt;br /&gt;But will try not to this time.&lt;br /&gt;Go me!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;J O I N  T H E    B A N D W A G O N !&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*nothing to do with weightloss mind you&lt;br /&gt;  have been a vegetarian for a long time and was always kind of thinking i might go full monty one day</content>

    <content type="html">DAY 1--SERIES 2&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BREAKFAST&lt;br /&gt;banana&lt;br /&gt;no coffee-mint tea instead&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SNACK&lt;br /&gt;grapes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;LUNCH&lt;br /&gt;2 cups veggie soup(no fat added in cooking)&lt;br /&gt;soy chunks/mushrooms--boiled&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SNACK&lt;br /&gt;1 carot&lt;br /&gt;1/2 red pepper&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DINNER&lt;br /&gt;2 cups of yogurt&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;EXERCISE&lt;br /&gt;brisk walk-1h&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Feeling a bit hungry....my lunch was around 11am ......but stuck in the office.&lt;br /&gt;Am planning to go running after work but not sure.&lt;br /&gt;Plus in the morning I started a 10min workout rotuine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3l of water&lt;br /&gt;2 cups of green tea</content>

    <content type="html">DAY 3&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This morning I woke up in cold sweat feeling really ill.&lt;br /&gt;I stayed in bed till 3pm......focusing on not to throw up.&lt;br /&gt;Thus, I didn't actually stick to my meal plan.&lt;br /&gt;Everything was fine apart from the toas I had to eat to prevent me from puking.......&lt;br /&gt;I'm not saying I'm not pleased and that toast is bad...just saying I wasn't on my plan.&lt;br /&gt;So..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BREAKFAST&lt;br /&gt;2 apples&lt;br /&gt;(no coffee)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SNACK&lt;br /&gt;7 thin slices of toast(half white bread)&lt;br /&gt;grapes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;LUNCH&lt;br /&gt;boiled corn, 1 ear(no salt)&lt;br /&gt;oat flakes(boiled) 1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SNACK&lt;br /&gt;grapes&lt;br /&gt;grain bar&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All in I reckon a bit more than 1200kcal.&lt;br /&gt;However, no physical activity...since I feel very weak.&lt;br /&gt;So far only 1 l of water....but am working on it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tomorrow is fruit day and then on Tuesday I begin the 2nd series of my 4 day diet.</content>
